Ashley Toft chews the cud…

I’m proud to present our first podcast with Explore’s MD, Ashley Toft. Ashley discusses one of Explore’s most popular destinations of the moment: Central Asia. He also talks about the types of tours there and why he thinks it’s so popular.
Ashley: Managing Director
We hope you enjoy!
By the way, Ashley also came up with the name for his podcast - “Ashley Toft chews the cud”. Now if you can think up a better name, I’m willing to put together an Explore goody bag for the best idea that Ashley chooses. So leave a comment, with your idea and, next podcast, we’ll select a winner!

Why was someone using an electric toothbrush halfway through the interview?
“Fairly not well known”, is an odd expression for an interviewer to use.
Suggested name for podcast: The Ashley Toft Travalogue

Hi Jenny
Thanks for your comments! The ‘electric toothbrush’ was actually Ashley’s PC. The fan made that hideous noise and I couldn’t edit it out.
The phrase came about because I was about to say ‘fairly obscure’ but changed my mind mid way through as I didn’t feel that was the correct expression. Oh, to be a trained broadcast journalist and editor!
We are learning as we do this, so sorry we don’t get everything right first time. Things will always be better next time!
Regards
Paul

Not sure about the “chews the cud”. How about “Toft of the world” or “Pops of the Toft” or “Toft Spot” or any number of alternatives the replace Top with Toft?
