Apologies for the silence, mundane real life keeps getting in the way of communicating with you two seafaring adventurers. Keep up the good work! So proud to see how close you are to your destination and how far you've come. I am in awe, since every time I do my five minute sprint on the rowing machine in the gym my shoulders jam and I am panting like a dog in heat (I might be doing something wrong). Mel, we have been working on the old girl and there might be some sailing on offer in the autumn, that is if you ever want to be on water again (Annie, you are welcome too). Pro bono though, I do work for the NHS!! Lots of love, big hugs and plenty pleasant winds and sunshine your way!

Hey Girls,
Christmas cake, flapjacks, whiskey and bare bottoms...sounds like quite a party out there in Atlantic Rowing Land! Seriously, well done, over half way and still full of focus and enthusiasm, with even enough energy for a little fun. Thinking of you and so proud of you. Catherine McKenna
